United Way can process credit card payments and allocate the money raised by your fundraiser to your unit or department.
If you are hosting a United Way fundraiser such as a bake sale, Taco Tuesday or if you are selling items in-person and would like donors to pay by credit card, complete this form. Please submit this form at least 2 to 3 business day prior to your event. Your event will be added to a drop down menu on the OSU Pay United Way page so that your unit gets credit for the fundraiser.
Once you complete the form and your fundraiser is added to the OSU Pay United Way page, you will be emailed a PDF flyer with a QR code that donors can scan to enter their credit card payment and attribute it to your event.
Donations/payments made through this method cannot be used to pay any expenses associated with your fundraiser.
