United Way 2-1-1 provides free and confidential health and human services information for people in Oklahoma. We’re here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to connect you with the resources and information you need.
If you’re not in an emergency situation, you can also use 2-1-1 Oklahoma to get connected to the help you need, such as rental assistance, food pantries, affordable housing, health resources, child care, after-school programs, caregiver support, financial programs, literacy and job programs.
